David: in Prayer -- David, kneels with joined hands raised, his crown and harp on ground beside him. He is within fenced space and surrounding by buildings. Above him, in rayed arc of heaven, is angel holding three spears.
In illusionistic border is fountain beside pond with birds, in landscape setting.
