Christ: Bewailing -- Mary, rays as nimbus, veiled, sits on ground, with joined hands raised, at foot of cross. In her lap is Christ, rays as nimbus, wearing loin cloth, bleeding from wounds.
In illusionistic border are moths, snail, and flowers, including roses and viola.
