Martin of Tours: dividing Cloak -- Martin of Tours, nimbed, wearing hat is astride bridled horse. He raises object with left hand and holds sword behind neck of horse. Pseudo-inscription on horse trappings. Beggar, wearing drawers or short loincloth, raised right hand holds end of cloak draped across shoulders. He has only one foot and his right leg rests on sling supported by two sticks, one held with left hand.
Scene in landscape with rocky outcrop, trees and hills in distance.
Below miniature is inscribed MARTINVS ABR[A]HE SIMILETVS EXCIPITVR MARTINVS (?).
