In right panel of vignette in lower margin is man, wearing hat and long robe, with dagger at waist, holding flowers (?) in both hands (Month, Occupation: April). In background are four groups of trees.
Left margin decorated with foliate ornament.
Miniature and ornament executed in grisaille and gold tones with color accents.
