Christ: Entry into Jerusalem -- Of three apostles, nimbed, one is tonsured, one carries book with right hand and holds left hand on breast. All are behind Christ, crossed nimbus, astride ass, raising right hand in blessing, holding reins with left hand. Ass steps on garment held by one of two men in entrance of city gate. The other man, and three men atop city gate throw flowers to ground.
Background of red and gold diaper.
Margins decorated with border of foliate rinceaux some sprouting from rectilinear bars enclosing text.
Beginning of introit for Mass on Palm Sunday.
