Christ: Presentation -- Virgin Mary, nimbed, kneeling beside draped altar, extends in both hands nude Christ Child, nimbed, toward Simeon of Jerusalem, nimbed, wearing bishop's miter and cope, extending draped hands toward the Christ Child. Witnessing scene are Prophetess Anna (?), wearing turban-like headdress, holding basket in right hand and taper candle (?) in left hand; woman, wearing headdress; Joseph the Carpenter, partially hooded, gesturing; man, wearing hat; and tonsured priest, holding open book.
Margins with floreate ornament. In lower margin is escutcheon with arms of Luxembourg (?) (barry of 6 argent and gules a lion with forked tail sable, armed and langued or).
