Four documents, two with circular hanging seals:
1) Eudo de Lisours, wearing surcoat over chain mail and helmet, holding raised sword in right hand and shield in left hand, is seated astride horse, all in circular seal with frame inscribed SIGILLVM EVDO DE LIZVRES (equestrian seal).
2) Richard FitzEustace of Halton, wearing surcoat over chain mail and helmet, holding raised sword in right hand and shield in left hand, is seated astride horse, all in circular seal with frame inscribed SIGILLVM RICARDI DE HELLETO (equestrian seal).
Along branches of trees interspersed with leaves are roundels inscribed with names and eleven escutcheons:
1) Clavering (quarterly or and gules overall a bend sable overall a label azure).
2) Halton (gules three lozenges or).
3) Lacy of Lincoln (or a lion rampant purpure) impaled with unidentified arms (paly of six or and azure; here associated with Robert Lacy).
4) Clavering (quarterly or and gules overall a bend sable overall a label azure), impaled with Vescy (or a cross sable).
5) Clavering (quarterly or and gules overall a bend sable overall a label azure), impaled with Halton (gules three lozenges or).
6) Grelley (gules three bendlets or), impaled with Halton (gules three lozenges or).
7) Lisours (or a chief azure, here reversed) impaled with unidentifed arms (quarterly gules and vair argent and vert, a lion rampant counterchanged sable and argent; here associated with Albreda de Lacy).
8) Lacy of Lincoln(or a lion rampant purpure), impaled with unidentifed arms (quarterly gules and vair argent and vert, a lion rampant counterchanged sable and argent; here associated with Albreda de Lacy).
9) Vescy (or a cross sable).
10) Clavering (quarterly or and gules overall a bend sable overall a label azure), impaled with Lisours (or a chief azure, here reversed).
11) Lacy of Lincoln (or a lion rampant purpure).
