Anthony Abbot the Great, nimbed, wearing monk's vestments, holds open book in both hands (reading). Beside him stands pig. In background is church, with bell in tower and cross surmounting the apse.
Margins with foliate and vinescroll ornament. In left margin is soldier with shield (escutcheon) with arms of Sivry (barry of twelve argent and azure an estoile or).
