1) Eligius of Noyon: Scene, blessing Penitent -- In initial M decorated with geometric ornament and foliate spandrels, Eligius of Noyon, wearing bishop's miter and vestments, sits on a bench and raises his right hand, blessing two kneeling penitents with their joined hands raised, including one wearing cap and cape.
2) Scene, Liturgical: Prayer -- In initial D decorated with geometric ornament and foliate spandrels, three nimbed confessors stand behind a nimbed confessor bishop wearing miter and vestments, raising their joined hands in prayer.
3) Margins - Rectilinear bars decorated with interlace and foliage, and inhabited by a hybrid animal, a man wearing trousers, armed with a spear and a shield, jousting a hybrid man with a spear (burlesque), four birds, including one flying, a hybrid man, and a hybrid animal with two bodies.
