Bishop, possibly Ildefonsus of Toledo, nimbed, wearing miter, holding book in left hand and with right hand on breast, stands surrounded by male saints, all nimbed, five tonsured, and two wearing Franciscan habits and standing with joined hands raised.
Miniature enclosed in frame inscribed NIMIS HONORATI SUNT AMICI TUI DOMINE.
Margins with foliate ornament.
Miniature and ornament executed in grisaille and gold tones with color accents.
