David: communicating with God -- David, crowned, wearing loincloth, with hands raised, standing in water, looks up at half-figure of Christ-Logos, cross-nimbed, emerging from clouds, with right hand extended and holding book in left hand. All is enclosed within initial S at beginning of Psalm 069 (Vulg., 068).
