Christ: Ascension -- Only feet and lower portion of garment visible below cloud. They are flanked below by twelve apostles, eleven nimbed, some only nimbi visible. Evangelist John stands looking up with arms crossed on breast; Peter, tonsured, right hand on breast, holds book with left hand; Paul holds book with right hand.
Background of red and gold diaper.
Margins decorated with border of foliate rinceaux some sprouting from rectilinear bars enclosing text. Dragon in upper margin.
Beginning of introit for Mass on the feast of the Ascension.
