Amid foliate ornament in margins are five birds; hybrid man, with four animal legs and human torso, wearing hat, aiming bow and arrow; and winged hybrid man, with animal hindquarters and no arms, wearing hat, turning to look at the hybrid archer.
Ornament executed in grisaille and gold tones with color accents.
