Month, Occupation: September -- Man, wearing only short tunic, holding sides of vat, crushes grapes. Another man, wearing hat, holding can with right hand, approaches vat with basket of grapes on his back. Cask is on floor beside barrel. Scene in room with decorated walls and tile floor.
Zodiac Sign: Libra -- Woman holding scales with right hand and raising left hand, standing in landscape.
Single divided miniature with Month, Occupation on left and Zodiac Sign on right.
Left margin decorated with border of floreate and foliate ornament.
