Roman de la Rose: Scene, God seeing all Acts in Mirror -- God, wearing crown over papal tiara, gathers garment in left hand and with right hand holds base of mirror, gazing into reflection of Himself, seated on bench surrounded by busts of red angels, possibly seraphs, in partial mandorla, flanked below by winged Personification of Fortune, crowned, wearing short loin cloth knotted at side, standing on ball, with right hand lowered to wheel, around which are figures of crowned king, holding scepter, three men, ascending wheel behind one mitered bishop, and by woman, representing Personification of Nature, wearing kerchief veil, lowering left hand; both Personifications extend opposite hands to disc (globe?), in which are three horses, sheep, unicorn and stag before water and hilly landscape with buildings.
